It is necessary

- For minced meat:
- - turkey fillet 800 g;
- - boiled-smoked brisket 200 g;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - chicken yolk 2 pcs.;
- - salt, spices to taste.

Step 1
Slice the baguette thinly. Dry in the oven. Grind the resulting croutons in a blender.
Rinse the parsley and dill well. Pat dry with a paper towel. Grind the herbs in a blender. Peel the garlic and add to the herbs. Grind with a blender. Add softened butter, lemon juice and feta cheese. Pepper and stir. Put the mass on cling film, roll into a tight roll and put in the freezer for an hour.
Step 2
Lightly chop the meat and finely chop the brisket. Add coarsely chopped onions, egg yolks, spices and salt. Stir, periodically beating the minced meat on the table. Then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Form the minced meat into patties. Slice the spicy roll and gently press a piece into the center of each patty. Flatten. Dip each patty in a beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. Repeat the procedure.
Step 3
Fry the cutlets in a pan heated with a lot of vegetable oil until golden brown. Then cover with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. After this time, take out the finished cutlets and serve.
