It is necessary

  • For four servings:
  • - 800 g of beef tenderloin;
  • - 130 ml of dry white wine;
  • - 130 ml of beef broth;
  • - 130 ml of whipped cream;
  • - 60 g butter;
  • - 2 tablespoons of pink pepper in brine;
  • - 2 tablespoons of brandy;
  • - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Heat vegetable oil with butter in a large skillet, fry the meat, cut into four steaks. Fry over high heat for four minutes on each side. Remove steaks from skillet, cover to keep warm.

Step 2

Pour white wine into a skillet, add brandy, simmer for four minutes - during this time the drinks will evaporate by half. Add the beef broth, half again. This makes about 130 ml of sauce.

Step 3

Dry and grind a little pink pepper, mix with sauce, add cream, cook until thick.

Step 4

Place the beef steaks on warm plates and top with the aromatic sauce. Serve with green salad. Bon Appetit!
