Pink pepper has a unique aroma, if you make a delicious sauce from it and serve it with juicy steaks, then the meal will be a success!
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 800 g of beef tenderloin;
- - 130 ml of dry white wine;
- - 130 ml of beef broth;
- - 130 ml of whipped cream;
- - 60 g butter;
- - 2 tablespoons of pink pepper in brine;
- - 2 tablespoons of brandy;
- - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat vegetable oil with butter in a large skillet, fry the meat, cut into four steaks. Fry over high heat for four minutes on each side. Remove steaks from skillet, cover to keep warm.
Step 2
Pour white wine into a skillet, add brandy, simmer for four minutes - during this time the drinks will evaporate by half. Add the beef broth, half again. This makes about 130 ml of sauce.
Step 3
Dry and grind a little pink pepper, mix with sauce, add cream, cook until thick.
Step 4
Place the beef steaks on warm plates and top with the aromatic sauce. Serve with green salad. Bon Appetit!
