Cut the pink salmon fillet into equal cubes, salt.

Cooking the marinade.
Squeeze the juice from lemons and oranges. Mix the juice, honey and vegetable oil, stir. We put the fish in the marinade and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
