If you bought a salmon and do not know how to cook it, or you do not like the typical, “fishy” taste of red fish, then this dish is perfect for you. The cooking process does not require a lot of ingredients and does not take a lot of your time. Delight your family and friends with delicious seafood, while maintaining your strength and patience.

- - 0.5 lemon
- - 1 clove of garlic
- - 1 medium onion
- - 2 tsp honey
- - salt to taste
- - Red pepper
- - thyme
- - rosemary

Step 1
Peel the fish, divide into portioned steaks.

Mix lemon juice, honey and spices, if you use candied honey, it must be preheated in a water bath or in the microwave.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Crush the peeled garlic and add to the marinade.

Mix all the ingredients: fish, onion, marinade. Leave in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Prepare a deep dish for baking, cover the surface with foil. Gently lay out the fish, onion on top, pour over the marinade and wrap in a foil envelope.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes, then gently unfold the foil and leave for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
