Many are familiar with a delicious salted herring appetizer called forshmak. But there are those who do not like her because of the large pieces of fish. There is another wonderful herring paste, but of a finer and more delicate consistency.
It is necessary

- - 1 PC. smoked herring;
- - 4 things. eggs;
- - 100 ml of fat sour cream;
- - 150 g butter;
- - 250 g of carrots;
- - 100 g of dill greens;
- - 100 g of cilantro greens;
- - 50 g of parsley;
- - 3 pcs. processed cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a herring, carefully separate the head and tail from the body, cut the fish from below and remove the insides. Carefully cut it in half and remove the bones, then peel off the skin and film from under it.
Step 2
Boil eggs, peel and cut into large pieces. Boil carrots, cool, peel and cut. Take a large cup of blender and stir in the eggs and carrots.
Step 3
Soften the butter. It should be soft, but not runny. Combine the soft butter and sour cream in a clean cup, add the resulting mixture to the eggs and carrots. Add the processed cheese and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Rinse and dry the greens, chop finely. Take a new blender cup and grind the herring and herbs in it, let the mixture stand for 20-30 minutes. Mix together the herring and mixture with eggs, mix everything thoroughly and heat a little in the microwave. Serve spread over rye or brown bread and garnish with fresh herbs.
