I love to cook pasta with various sauces. And since this recipe does not contain meat, the pasta is not very high in calories, and people who follow their figure will also appreciate it.
- 500 gr. pasta (hard varieties),
- 80 gr. butter,
- 3 tbsp. l. olive oil,
- 300 gr. Cherry tomatoes,
- 3 pcs. bell pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 200 ml. skim cream
- 100 g parmesan,
- salt to taste, basil.
Put pasta in boiling salted water, bring to a boil and cook until tender. Then put the pasta in a colander.
In a saucepan with high sides, melt the butter, add olive oil to it. Wash cherry tomatoes and bell peppers, chop finely and put everything in hot oil. Add finely chopped garlic and season with salt to taste.
Pour basil over with boiling water, chop finely and add to a saucepan. Fry over low heat for 5 minutes, add cream and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Arrange the finished pasta on plates, pour over the prepared hot sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Garnish with fresh, green basil leaves and cherry tomato halves. Our pasta is ready. Bon Appetit!!!
