Peel and chop the onion first. Grind the garlic together with the onion until puree in a blender. If the onion is not very juicy, you can add a little water. Add oil to a preheated pan, put vegetable puree, fry for several minutes. Add ginger and pepper.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, put in a pan, fry over high heat for 5 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice, add to meat. It remains to add spices, mix, pour in water. Salt can be used in small quantities, but it is quite possible to do without it. Turn off the stove. Leave the dish to simmer until fully cooked. Before serving, the chicken is supplemented with low-fat yogurt.
Chicken in a creamy sauce
The spices used will give the meat a spicy taste, and the cream will make the meat very tender.
Ingredients:
- 1 PC. chicken fillet;
- 200 ml cream with 20% fat;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tbsp. l. oils.
Prepare the fillet, grate the cheese on a medium grater. Chop the garlic with a knife or any other tool. Pour the cream into a bowl, add garlic, salt, pepper to taste, mix well. Fry fillet pieces on both sides for no more than 5 minutes. Transfer it to a baking sheet at a short distance from each other, pour over the creamy sauce. Sprinkle the slices with grated cheese on top. Bake at 180 degrees. Serve with any side dish.
Fillet in a slow cooker
The prepared dish is suitable for small children, people on a strict diet.
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillet;
- 1 PC. carrots;
- 1-2 pcs. onions;
- fresh greens;
- spice.
Step by step recipe:
- Peel the fillet of skin, films, fat. Rinse very well.
- Place in a multicooker bowl.
- Add carrots, whole peeled onions, herbs.
- Fill with water so that it completely covers vegetables and meat.
It is better to cook on the "Stew" or "Soup" mode. Cooking time is about 1, 5 hours. When the water boils, remove the foam that appears. Finished fillet is served with any side dish. Leftover broth can be used as a base for soup.
Diet fillet dishes for the festive table
Chicken chop
To prepare it you will need:
- 2 pcs. breasts;
- 40 g flour;
- 2 pcs. eggs;
- 50 g bread crumbs;
- 80 ml. olive oil;
- 150 ml. ketchup;
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
Cut the meat into large and rather thick plates, which should be slightly beaten off with a hammer. You can wrap each element in plastic wrap and walk over it with a rolling pin. Salt each layer, roll in flour, then in an egg. The latter should be placed in advance with a fork until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. It remains to roll each bite in the mixture of bread crumbs and nutmeg.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry the chops for 3-4 minutes on each side. You can serve with stewed zucchini, potatoes. Ketchup or sour cream is used as a sauce.

According to the recipe, you will get a quick dish that will replace any expensive sausage.
Ingredients:
- 2 pcs. chicken fillet;
- seasonings;

- vegetable oil.
Remove fat from the breast, grate with spices. Traditionally, coriander, suneli hops, and various types of pepper are used. Salt, brush the breast with butter. Place the meat in a container with a lid and marinate for 60 minutes. During this time, it will absorb the aromas of spices. For those who like it more sharply, you can additionally use a clove of garlic.
Turn on the oven, heat to 220 degrees. Put the fillet in a baking dish, place in the oven for 15 minutes. It makes no sense to keep at high temperatures longer, since the meat can be overdried. When the time is up, the fire must be turned off, and the bird itself can be reached after 4 hours. The secret lies in the fact that you cannot open the door during the entire cooking time.
Roulettes with cottage cheese
They are well suited for weight loss, since 100 g contains only 133 kcal.
Ingredients:
- 5-6 pcs. chicken fillet;
- 150 g low-fat cottage cheese;
- 80 g of hard cheese;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- toothpicks.
Grind cheese and garlic, mix with cottage cheese, salt. Cut the fillets lengthwise to form thin slices. They should be beaten off and salted. Put a small amount of filling on each piece, wrap in a roll. Secure with toothpicks.
Heat the pan, add a small amount of oil. Fry the rolls. When the temperature in the oven is about 180 degrees, send the dish to the oven for 25 minutes. You can also cook in this way using a multicooker.
Diet minced meat dishes
Steamed dishes have a delicate flavor. They are juicy and suitable for people who carefully monitor their figure.
Steamed cutlets
Ingredients:
- 900 g chicken fillet;
- 2 pcs. onions;
- 3 slices of loaf;
- 1 egg;
- A bunch of greenery;
- 0.5 cups of milk.
Soak the loaf in milk, finely chop the onion, chop the herbs. Turn chicken, bread and onions into minced meat using a meat grinder or food processor. Add yolk, herbs, salt and spices. Mix. Beat the protein, add to the minced meat.
Form patties, cook in a double boiler for about 30 minutes.
Diet meatballs

- 600 g chicken fillet;
- 0, 5 tbsp. rice;
- 40 g dill;
- 2-3 st. l. flour;
- Frying oil.
Pour rice with water, cook until half cooked. It is not required to salt it. Pass the fillet through a meat grinder, put in a bowl. Add chopped greens, boiled rice (when cool). Add salt, seasonings, stir. If the minced meat turns out to be dry, you can pour in a little ice water.
Form meatballs from minced meat, roll in flour. Heat the pan, add oil. Fry the meatballs over medium heat until golden brown. It remains to cover the pan with a lid, leave the patties to sweat over low heat. This dish can be used without a side dish, any vegetable salad will do.
Juicy cutlets
This recipe contains carrots that add juiciness to the finished product. The classic cooking method involves frying homemade semi-finished products. However, they can be cooked in the oven or steamed.
Ingredients:
- 800 g of chicken meat;
- 1-2 pcs. carrots;
- 1-2 pcs. bulbs;
- 1-2 pcs. bulbs;
- 3 tbsp. l. corn starch.
Peel vegetables, mince. Add minced meat to them. Beat eggs, add starch. You can apply a small amount of greenery. Stir until smooth. Drop vegetable oil into a frying pan, make cutlets with wet hands. Fry on both sides.
To remove excess fat, lay out the finished items on a paper towel. Served with broccoli, other vegetables, sour cream.

In the salad, you can use any vegetable set that is at hand. However, the classic recipe contains the following ingredients:
- 100 g chicken breast;
- 3 pcs. lettuce leaves;
- 3-4 small tomatoes;
- 2 pcs. cucumbers;
- 1 PC. sweet pepper;
- greens to taste;
- 1 tbsp. l. yogurt;
- 10 g of diet cheese.
Wash lettuce leaves, dry, tear with hands. Process the rest of the vegetables in the traditional way: cut the tails of cucumbers, cut out the place of growth of the stalk in tomatoes. Cut into small pieces.
Boil the chicken. If you plan to use the broth in the future for soup, you can immediately add the necessary vegetables. Wait until the breast has cooled in the broth, then cut into small pieces. If desired, you can additionally fry for a few minutes in a skillet without oil.
Prepare bell peppers, cut into strips. Put lettuce leaves, chicken meat, vegetables in a plate. You can add a little salt, add yogurt. Decorate the top with diet cheese.
Ladies' whim
The salad turns out to be very light, since there are no fatty components in it.
Ingredients:
- 250 g chicken fillet;
- 120 g canned pineapple;
- 60 g of hard dietary cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 1 tbsp. l. yogurt.
Boil the fillet, cool in the broth. Cut into small pieces, put in a salad bowl. Boil the egg hard, peel, grate on a medium grater. Put on the chicken. Cut pineapples into cubes and add to the rest of the ingredients. Use plain yogurt as a dressing. Mix all components.
Dishes with chicken and mushrooms
Julienne
Diet julienne does not involve the use of flour, fatty sour cream and butter. All components must be fried with a minimum of vegetable oil.
Ingredients:
200 g of champignons;
- 200 g chicken fillet;
- 1 PC. onions;
- 70 g of cheese;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil.
Fry mushrooms with onions and a little olive oil. The procedure ends at the moment when all the moisture has evaporated from the mushrooms. Season with salt, add ground pepper. Boil the fillet, chop, add to the pan. Simmer for a couple of minutes. Squeeze out the juice of the garlic. Season everything with sour cream, leave on the fire until the mass boils. Remove from stove immediately. Transfer the mass to a baking dish, you can pour in a couple of tablespoons of hot water. Pour cheese on top. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted. Hot julienne is served at the table.
Diet shawarma
Ingredients:
- 1 pita bread;
- 5 pieces. champignons;
- 150 g chicken;
- 100 g of cabbage;
- sour cream with a minimum fat content.
Boil the meat for 40-50 minutes. Rinse fresh mushrooms, cut into longitudinal slices. Fry for 15 minutes. Spread pita bread, grease with sour cream. Pour the chopped greens in a thin layer. Tear the chicken into pieces, lay out in an even layer. Cabbage should be finely chopped, mash with your hands. You can put some ketchup on top of the cabbage. The top layer is mushrooms. It remains to collect the pita bread in an envelope, send it to a hot frying pan with a little oil. Cut the prepared shawarma and serve.
