You will need:

  • 0.5 kg chicken breast;
  • 2 medium onions;
  • 2 medium carrots;
  • 2 tbsp. l. oatmeal;
  • 3-4 tbsp. l. milk of any fat content;
  • a bunch of fresh herbs;
  • garlic, salt, pepper to taste.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Grind the fillets in a meat grinder or food processor. Peel and rinse the onions and carrots, finely chop and grate. Chop the herbs, crush the garlic or pass through a garlic press.

Mix all the ingredients indicated in the recipe and let the minced meat brew for 15-20 minutes. Form portioned patties and place them in a double boiler for 15-20 minutes. If you don't have a steamer, you can cook steamed patties in a multicooker.

To do this, pour a little water or any broth on the bottom of the bowl, install a special grate on top that comes with the kitchen unit. Sprinkle it with a little vegetable oil and spread the cutlets over it.

You will need:

  • 500 grams of ground beef;
  • 2 raw eggs
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 onion heads;
  • 20 g butter.

If for cooking you bought not ready-made minced meat, but a piece of meat, chop it by scrolling through a meat grinder. Pre-strip the beef from tendons and veins so that there are no coarse parts in the minced meat.

If it is not possible to chop the meat using the technique, chop it finely with a sharp knife. In this case, the so-called chopped cutlets are obtained. Cooks recommend to freeze it slightly before chopping meat, so it will be easier and more convenient to cut it.
