  • - 300 g of hard cheese;
  • - 3 pcs. chicken eggs;
  • - 200 g butter;
  • - 300 g of white flour of the highest grade;
  • - 100 g vanilla sugar;
  • - 20 g of ground cinnamon;
  • - 20 g of ground apples;
  • - salt to taste.

Step 1

To prepare this recipe, the oil must first be removed from the freezer so that it thaws a little and becomes soft, but not liquid. Cut the thawed butter into small pieces. Place the chopped butter in a large blender bowl. Sift flour there and add a little salt. Whisk at full speed for a few minutes. You should have a slightly crumbly mass. Place it in the refrigerator.

Step 2

In a separate bowl of blender, beat the eggs with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Add cinnamon and ground apples in small portions to the beaten eggs. Apples can be bought at the store or made by yourself. To do this, wash two large sweet apples, dry, cut into thin slices, roll in powdered sugar and dry in the oven. Grind dry slices with a blender or coffee grinder.

Step 3

Combine butter and eggs, grated cheese in a clean cup, mix well and knead the dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, previously wrapped in a plastic wrap or bag. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out the cookies using special molds or a glass. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a well-heated oven for twenty to thirty minutes.
