Step 1
The shrimp must be peeled. If the shrimps are frozen, then fill them with boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Then we drain the water and remove the shell from the shrimp. It is advisable to dry them with a paper towel to remove any remaining water.
Step 2
Cut the ginger into thin slices, after peeling it off. Peel the garlic and cut it lengthwise into 4 pieces.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil and soy sauce into a frying pan and heat strongly over high heat. We send garlic cloves to the pan and fry them until golden brown and garlic aroma appears. We take out the slices, and put the ginger into the pan. We also fry it for 2-3 minutes and take it out. Then put the shrimps in a frying pan and fry them. It is necessary to constantly stir so as not to get a burnt crust. The readiness of the shrimp is easy to determine - they curl up into a ball.

Put the finished shrimp on a dish and pour it with lemon juice.
