This dessert will impress those who love chocolate. The cakes taste like brownies, but in them some of the butter can successfully replace sour cream, so the dough turns out to be more tender and just melts in your mouth.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- 3 eggs;
- 125 g wheat flour;
- 180 g granulated sugar;
- 100 g dark chocolate;
- 150 g thick sour cream;
- 150 g butter;
- 1/4 tsp soda.
- To prepare the cream:
- 100 g sour cream;
- 100 g dark chocolate;
- 50 g icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven, setting the temperature to 170 degrees. Beat the eggs thoroughly with sugar; for best results, you can use a blender. Melt dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or in a microwave oven.
Step 2
Pour the beaten eggs into the chocolate-butter mixture in a thin stream, stirring constantly to avoid clumping. Add sour cream here and add soda. Stir the mixture thoroughly.
Step 3
Add flour to the resulting mixture and knead the dough, which should not be too thick. Line the baking sheet with baking paper and pour the dough into the baking dish. Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes.
Step 4
While the cake is baking, you need to prepare the icing. To do this, melt the chocolate and mix it thoroughly with sour cream and powdered sugar.
Step 5
When the finished cake has cooled, cut it into small cakes and grease with icing.
