- For yeast dough: flour - 1 kg; vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons; margarine - 100 g; sugar - 1 glass; yeast - 50 g; milk - 0.5 l.
- For the filling: cinnamon; apples.

Step 1
To make a roll of yeast dough, melt the margarine in a saucepan, add sugar and pour in the milk. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Slowly add the sifted flour. Knead until the dough stops sticking. It should turn out to be neither liquid nor tight, keep a balance. Moisten your hands with vegetable oil and wipe the dough, then hide in a warm place and cover with a towel.

A roll of yeast dough will turn out to be delicious if the dough reaches in a warm place for 1, 5 hours. When it rises, sprinkle flour on the table and dump the dough into it. Stir it a little and divide it into three equal parts. Roll each into a rectangle. For the length, be guided by your baking sheet.

A good yeast dough roll should have the right filling. Remove seeds and tails from apples, cut into small cubes. Place in an even layer over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up the rolls and place on a floured baking sheet. Leave a distance of 5 centimeters between them.

Preheat the oven to 230 oC, let the dough stand for 20 minutes, then place the baking sheet in the oven and bake until tender. Sprinkle the finished yeast dough roll with icing sugar and brush with syrup. Sweet pastries are ready, cut into portions and serve.
