Step 1
Add salt to the water and loosen it, add a little flour and butter and knead the dough, not too thick, but so that it does not stick to your hands. Leave it to lie down for 20-25 minutes.

Finely chop the dill and onion, cut the goat cheese into pieces and mix everything well. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
Step 3
Roll out a thin dough and transfer to a dough sheet. Lubricate the surface with olive or vegetable oil.
Step 4
Put some tomato, then the filling. Place pieces of cheese on top, you can use any semi-hard cheese.
Step 5
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve with vegetable salad.
