When ordinary potato dishes get bored, you can cook this product in the form of stuffed boats. Any food is suitable as a filling - from cheese to ordinary greens. Such a treat will become a real decoration of the dining table.

- - 4 potatoes of the same shape:
- - 8 slices of bacon;
- - 100 g of any soft cheese:
- - salt and black pepper to taste;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil;
- - any greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil in their uniform until half cooked. Then cool it down, cut it lengthwise into two equal halves and gently peel it from the core with a teaspoon. You should get some kind of boats.
Step 2
Season the remaining potato pulp with salt and pepper to taste, mix with heaps of bacon, chopped herbs and most of the grated cheese. Coat the boats with olive oil, salt and fill them with the prepared filling.
Step 3
Place the potatoes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake until the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the potatoes 5 minutes before the end. Serve with sour cream as a main course or side dish.
