Finely chop the onions into a bowl, grate the cheese, sprinkle with 2 tsp. paprika, salt and add mayonnaise, mix everything thoroughly - the mixture should be very thick. With this mixture, carefully and tightly cover the potatoes with minced meat as a lid (thickness about 5-8 mm).

Step 4

Put a wire rack on a baking sheet, put potatoes on a wire rack and place in the oven 1/3 from the bottom of the oven. Put another baking sheet at the very bottom of the oven. Turn on the oven (top-bottom heating) 180 degrees. When the top is browned (15-20 minutes), switch to the lower heating and a temperature of 170 degrees. Baking time is about 1 hour.
