- 1/3 cup wine vinegar;
- 1/4 cup ketchup;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce, vegetable oil;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of Worcestershire sauce;
- 1/2 teaspoon of mustard powder, pepper, salt;
- 1/3 teaspoon dried garlic.
All of the listed ingredients must be taken in the specified amount and mixed thoroughly to form a homogeneous mixture. Pork steaks should be grated with it just before cooking. The fragrant marinade has a pleasant salty-spicy taste, thanks to this mixture, the meat will turn out with a golden crust.
Asian steak marinade recipe
This is a more interesting marinade recipe that will appeal to lovers of Asian dishes. In this marinade, the steaks will need to be marinated. The marinade itself is prepared in an elementary way by mixing the necessary components.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of soy sauce;
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce;
- 1/2 teaspoon of chopped garlic and green onions.
Mix the soy sauce with the teriyaki sauce, add fresh chopped garlic with green onions, mix thoroughly and soak the steaks in the resulting marinade for 1 hour. If desired, the marinade can be added with ground pepper and other spices to taste.
By the way, you can make teriyaki sauce yourself, because not every store can buy it. To do this, mix 6 tbsp. a spoonful of rice wine with 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey and a spoonful of grated ginger. Then let it brew for 10-15 minutes. This sauce is stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for several days.
Pineapple marinade steak recipe
Pineapple marinade perfectly complements pork steaks. For this recipe, steaks should be marinated for at least 3 hours, but it's worth it. The same marinade is also suitable for beef steaks, making tough meat softer.
Ingredients:
- 4 rings of fresh pineapple;
- 1/3 cup each soy sauce and honey;
1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of ground dried ginger;
- 1/4 teaspoon dried garlic.
First, the pineapple pieces must be chopped in a blender until puree. Next, the puree is mixed with vinegar, honey, soy sauce and spices. Pork steaks should be marinated in this marinade for 3-5 hours. Honey and pineapple contain sugar, thanks to which the meat will acquire a wonderful caramelized crust, as well as a delicate sweetish taste.
