  • - spinach - 300 g
  • - cream (fatty) - 1/4 cup
  • - cheese - 150 g

Step 1

Prepare the dough. To do this, pour two glasses of flour on a wooden surface so that you get a slide. Make a hole in the middle of this slide, then break two eggs, half a spoonful of salt, two tablespoons of water and knead into an elastic elastic dough. Wrap the resulting dough in cellophane and leave in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 2

Prepare the filling. For a change, you can make several types of ravioli with different fillings. For the first type, take onions, garlic, any mushrooms and herbs. Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil in a skillet. Add the mushrooms of your choice to the onion and garlic, then salt and pepper and other seasonings of your choice.

Place the pan in the oven, which must be preheated to about 250 ° C. Bake the filling for half an hour, stirring every ten minutes. Place the finished mixture in a blender or food processor and grind until smooth.

To prepare the second type of ravioli, you only need cheese and herbs. Grate the cheese and mix the resulting cheese mixture with herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. The third type of ravioli includes chicken meat. To prepare this filling, fry the chicken legs in butter, then salt and season them (paprika is best). Simmer the legs for 20 minutes over low heat, covered. Separate the prepared meat from the bone, chop finely and mix with crushed potatoes, herbs and stew juice. Add the yolk to the resulting mass and grind in a blender.

Step 5

Prepare your ravioli sculpting slabs. To do this, take the dough out of the refrigerator, knead it again and roll it out into a thin layer. Divide it into six parts. Place three fillings on three of them (one for each layer). It is worth spreading the filling with teaspoons at a distance of about 2 cm from each other. Cover them with the remaining layers and cut with a sharp knife into squares, in the center of which the filling will be. Blind the edges of each piece.

Step 6

Cook the ravioli. To do this, put the finished products in boiling salted water. Cook the ravioli for seven minutes.

Step 7

Prepare the sauce. To do this, you will need spinach, heavy cream, olive oil, and condiments. Mix them in a chopper, then put on gas and bring to a boil. Pour the cooked ravioli with the resulting sauce and serve hot.
