    • 600-700 g potatoes
    • 3 onions
    • 5-7 cloves of garlic

    • for the marinade:
    • 200 g dry white wine
    • 50 g olive oil
    • 3 cloves of garlic
    • ½ teaspoon curry
    • ½ spoonful of ground black pepper
    • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 1 tbsp. basil spoon
    • salt
    • pinch of sugar
    • for the sauce:
    • 200 ml cream
    • 50 g parmesan
    • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour
    • 1 teaspoon of basil
    • 1 teaspoon of marjoram

Step 1

Prepare the marinade. Pour olive oil into white wine and beat well. Add salt, sugar, pepper, curry and basil. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Add the garlic to the marinade and whisk everything well.

Butcher the meat. To do this, rinse the meat under cold running water and pat dry well with a paper towel. Slice the meat across the muscle fiber, 2 centimeters thick. Beat off the pieces lightly. Place the meat in the marinade and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut into 0.5 centimeter thick slices. Peel the onion and cut into rings or half rings. Peel and crush the garlic cloves with the flat part of the knife blade. Stir the potatoes, onion and garlic; season with salt and pepper.
