It is necessary

  • - 1 glass of granulated sugar;
  • - 200 g butter;
  • - 500 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 70 ml of cream 30%;
  • - a handful of candied fruits;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of raisins.

Instructions

Step 1

Rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, mix with cubes of multi-colored candied fruits and pre-steamed raisins. Whip the cold cream with a mixer into a thick foam and mix gently with the curd mass.

Step 2

Melt the butter without boiling. Then cool slightly and beat with a mixer. Add yolks and granulated sugar, beat again.

Step 3

Add whipped butter to the curd and stir well. Transfer the curd mass to a bowl with a sieve lined with cheesecloth, cover with the protruding edges of the cheesecloth and refrigerate overnight.

Step 4

In the morning, transfer the curd mass to the Easter pan and put it back in the refrigerator, covered with cling film to protect it from chapping.
