Donskaya fish soup is a popular dish among fishermen! As a rule, it is cooked over a fire. But even at home, you can get a delicious dish.
It is necessary

- - tomatoes 0.5 kg;
- - carrots 1 pc.;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - butter 50 g;
- - Bay leaf;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt;
- - allspice;
- - greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Pre-cut the fish into portions, salt and leave for 1 hour. Then put it in boiling water and cook over medium heat, making sure to skim off the foam. After boiling, add allspice and bay leaf to the broth. Cook the fish until tender, about 1-1.5 hours.
Step 2
Finely chop the carrots and onions and simmer in a little butter. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. If using cherry tomatoes, divide the tomatoes into 2 pieces.
Step 3
When the fish is ready, add potatoes, tomatoes, onions and carrots to it and cook over medium heat until vegetables are ready. When serving the fish soup on the table, put a small amount of butter on a plate and pour over the broth. Pieces of fish can be served separately. Sprinkle with chopped herbs on top.
