- - sun-dried tomatoes - 100 g;

- - Roquefort cheese - 350 g;
- - nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts) - 200 g;
- - garlic - 4 cloves;
- - mint - 1/2 bunch;
- - rack of lamb - 16 ribs.

Step 1
Chop the garlic with a sharp knife, cut the mint into small pieces. Crush the nuts better. Use a fork to crush the cheese. Chop the tomatoes and mix well all the prepared ingredients together.

Divide the loin into chops, peel each of them and beat off a little with the back of a knife.

Now wrap the ends of the ribs in aluminum foil so they don't burn when you fry.
