It is necessary

  • - sun-dried tomatoes - 100 g;
  • - olive oil;
  • - Roquefort cheese - 350 g;
  • - nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts) - 200 g;
  • - garlic - 4 cloves;
  • - mint - 1/2 bunch;
  • - rack of lamb - 16 ribs.

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the garlic with a sharp knife, cut the mint into small pieces. Crush the nuts better. Use a fork to crush the cheese. Chop the tomatoes and mix well all the prepared ingredients together.

Step 2

Divide the loin into chops, peel each of them and beat off a little with the back of a knife.

Step 3

Now wrap the ends of the ribs in aluminum foil so they don't burn when you fry.

Step 4

Brush the chops with olive oil, place them on a preheated and pre-oiled wire rack. Roast on one side for 7 minutes, then turn over and grill for another 5 minutes.

Step 5

Brush the rack of lamb with the nut cheese mixture about two minutes before finishing. Remove the dish from the wire rack when the cheese begins to melt. Serve with a washed green salad.
