Mushroom noodle soup is not only tasty, but also a healthy dish. The soup is incredibly simple to prepare, and all the ingredients are as accessible as possible. The noodles are very aromatic, tasty and tender.

- - 100 g canned corn
- - 2 eggs

- - 1 chili pepper
- - 1 parsley root
- - 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan, put washed eggs in it and boil them hard. Then put them under cold water to cool. Peel and dice the cooled eggs.
Step 2
Pour water into a saucepan, add chopped parsley root. Rinse the noodle chicken, cut into medium-sized pieces, put in a saucepan, put on medium heat and cook for 30 minutes, until the meat is cooked.

Sort out and rinse the mushrooms, pat dry on a paper towel, place on a cutting board and cut into wedges. Put butter in a frying pan, melt it, then pour the mushrooms, fry them, salt and pepper. Wash the chili, finely chop and place in the skillet. Cover the pan with a lid, simmer the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes, and then transfer to the pan.
Step 4
Add the noodles and soy sauce to the saucepan, cook the soup until the noodles are cooked. Add corn, eggs, salt and pepper to the finished noodles, stir.
Step 5
Pour the noodle soup into bowls and serve. Rinse the herbs, chop them finely and garnish the soup with it before serving.
