Baked stuffed pumpkin is prepared with a wide variety of fillings: millet, rice, dried fruits, fresh fruit and even meat. A dish prepared according to this simple recipe is perfectly suitable for both everyday and festive tables.

- - a small pumpkin weighing 0.5-1 kg.
- - butter - 50 grams
- - sugar - 1 tablespoon
- - honey - 1 tablespoon
- - millet 50-80 grams
- - apple - 1 pc.
- - black currant - 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Stuffed pumpkin, baked with filling in the oven, can be of any size, depending on the number of people at the table. A small pumpkin, up to one kilogram in size, is quite enough for a dessert of a company of four. Take a pumpkin and carefully cut off the top. Then remove the seeds from the pumpkin.
Step 2
Prepare the filling for the pumpkin. Wash the apple and cut into small pieces. Toss with the black currant.
Step 3
Boil the millet until tender, mix with the fruit and fill the pumpkin with the filling. Place it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees until tender. As a rule, it takes 30-40 minutes to cook a baked pumpkin with fruit and millet.
Step 4
Remove the stuffed pumpkin from the oven, put a piece of butter inside, pour in the honey and cover with the pumpkin lid. After fifteen minutes, the pumpkin is ready to eat.
