It is necessary

  • - 550 g fresh frozen mackerel;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - 145 g of onions;
  • - 520 g of champignons;
  • - 50 g semolina;
  • - 50 ml of mayonnaise;
  • - salt;
  • - a mixture of peppers;
  • - oregano;
  • - 30 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - paprika and curry;
  • - lemon, herbs for decoration when serving.

Instructions

Step 1

Clean the fish, remove all fins, head, tail and entrails. Rinse thoroughly under running water, blot with a napkin, cut lengthwise and remove the ridge. Then rub with salt, pepper and oregano.

Step 2

Peel and chop onions and carrots. Wash, dry, chop and fry the mushrooms in sunflower oil along with onions and carrots. Add salt, paprika and semolina to them. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Place the mackerel on a cutting board, brush the inside with mayonnaise and add the filling. Then connect the fish halves and tie them with a strong thread.

Step 4

Put the fish on oiled foil, pour mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with seasonings. Then wrap it in foil and bake in the oven for 35 minutes.

To make the surface of the fish rosy, you can open the foil a few minutes before cooking.
