Stuffed mackerel is a surprisingly tender, juicy and aromatic dish. The filling of eggs, carrots and pickled cucumbers gives the fish a spicy taste. Suitable for everyday and festive table.
It is necessary
- 1 mackerel,
- 2 eggs,
- 2 carrots,
- 2 pickled cucumbers,
- 25 grams of gelatin
- some dry spices,
- some salt
- some black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the fish, cut it into two fillets, remove the bones.
Step 2
Boil the carrots, then three coarsely.
Step 3
Cut the pickled cucumbers into slices.
Step 4
Peel the boiled eggs, cut into circles.
Step 5
Lay the film on a dry cutting board, on which we put the first part of the fillet. Salt and pepper to taste, add dry spices. Sprinkle half of the gelatin on top.
Step 6
Put grated carrots on gelatin, press a little. Put circles of eggs on the carrots, press a little. Put pickled cucumbers on the eggs.
Step 7
Salt and pepper the second part of the fillet to taste. Sprinkle with the remaining gelatin. Cover the stuffed fish with the second fillet.
Step 8
We wrap the collected fish in foil, the denser the better. We tie it with a culinary thread. We make several punctures on the film.
Step 9
Pour water into a large saucepan, salt a little, put on fire. After boiling, put the fish in a saucepan, cook for 30 minutes.
Step 10
After half an hour, we take out the fish from the pan and put it under the press for an hour. During this time, it will cool down.
Step 11
Remove the film from the cooled fish, cut into portions and serve.
