Potatoes are a simple product, but the dishes are so tasty and varied that you want to come up with new recipes over and over again. One of the very simple and incredibly delicious dishes is potatoes stuffed with egg and bacon, which is perfect for breakfast and for a party as a snack.
It is necessary
- - 4 large potatoes;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 20 g butter;
- - 125 g bacon;
- - 50 g of parmesan (or any other grated cheese);
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - a couple of twigs of any greenery for decoration;
- - olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins or bake them in foil in an oven preheated to 200C until tender.
Step 2
While the potatoes are cooling, cut the bacon into pieces and fry without oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Cut off the top of the potatoes, carefully cut out the core and begin to lay out the filling in the following order: butter, salt and pepper, bacon, half cheese, an egg and some bacon again. Sprinkle the stuffed potatoes with the remaining cheese and send them to the oven preheated to 200C for 15-20 minutes. Decorate the potatoes with herbs before serving.
