Pepper stuffed with meat or vegetables is a dish familiar to many from childhood. But it takes time and a little skill to prepare it. You can replace the usual dish with pepper stuffed with an egg and cheese salad. The dish cooks faster and looks very festive and inviting.

As you know, bell pepper contains many vitamins that break down during heat treatment. The advantage of this recipe is that the pepper does not need to be boiled, which means that all vitamins and trace elements will remain unchanged. To prepare the dish you will need:

- sweet bell pepper - 2-3 pcs. different colors;

- eggs - 2-3 pcs;

- hard cheese - 250 g;

- garlic - 3 cloves;

- mayonnaise.

Boil the eggs for 7-10 minutes, they must be hard-boiled so that the yolk is completely homogeneous. We take eggs according to the number of peppers, one for each fruit. We drain the finished testicles and fill them with cold water, then gently clean them, we need them absolutely whole.

While the eggs are boiling, rub the cheese, add finely chopped garlic and mayonnaise to it, mix until smooth.

We wash the pepper, remove the stalk and the core with seeds. We spread the walls and bottom of the pepper with a cheese-garlic mass, tamping tightly. We put a whole boiled egg in the empty cent, fill the gaps and the top with the cheese mass. The top of the egg should not be visible.

Put the peppers in a saucepan, cover with a lid and send them to the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Then we take out the peppers and cut them across into rings 2-3 centimeters wide. Decorate with herbs if desired.
