It is necessary

  • –Fresh bell peppers (4-6 pcs.);
  • - minced pork and beef meat (470 g);
  • –Rice (70 g);
  • –Sour cream (260 g);
  • –Salt and pepper to taste;
  • –Fill to taste;
  • - hard cheese (40g);
  • - tomato paste (15 g).

Instructions

Step 1

The first step is to peel the peppers and remove the middle with the seeds. To do this, rinse each pepper, cut off the "cap" of the pepper, remove the core with a sharp knife. Add vegetables while you prepare the filling.

Step 2

Mix the prepared minced meat thoroughly with clean hands. Then add salt and pepper. Boil the rice in slightly salted water and leave to cool, then add to the minced meat and mix again. The consistency of the minced meat must be uniform.

Step 3

Take each pepper and fill with the resulting minced meat. Place the peppers in a deep baking dish. Take a separate cup, add sour cream, tomato paste and chopped dill. Stir. This will be the sauce for the peppers. If the sauce is too thick, you can add some pure water.

Step 4

Pour the sauce over the peppers and place in the oven to cook. Grate the cheese separately. 20 minutes before the end of cooking, open the oven, remove the pepper pan and sprinkle with cheese. Put the dish back in the oven and cook until cooked through.

Step 5

Peppers stuffed with minced meat and sauce will be a great addition to your daily menu, and will also look good on the festive table at any time of the year.
