Pork stuffed with pumpkin will be a great addition to your table. The dish can be eaten both hot and cold. Chili peppers give the pork a special flavor, and soy sauce makes the meat tender and juicy.
It is necessary
- –Soy sauce (20 ml);
- –Pork meat (570 g);
- - coriander seed (5 g);
- –Chili pepper flakes (2 g);
- –Fresh pumpkin (70 g);
- - garlic (1 clove).
Instructions
Step 1
For this recipe, a piece of bone-in pork with plenty of pulp and layers of bacon is ideal. Rinse the meat under cool water and dry with a clean paper towel. Take a sharp knife, cut the meat across into longitudinal pieces. The incision should go down to the bone.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade. To do this, take a deep bowl, add chopped garlic, chili and coriander. Grind the spice mixture with a wooden pestle. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well.
Step 3
Pour a piece of pork with marinade, rubbing spices over all the meat. Leave the pork to marinate for 1-3 hours. While the meat is marinating, rinse the pumpkin, peel the outer skin. Cut the pumpkin into portions so that each slice can be cut into the pork cut.
Step 4
Place the meat on a cutting board, insert a piece of pumpkin into each cut. Take a culinary rope and drag the meat. Place the pork with pumpkin in a deep mold, cover with foil on top. Bake for 20-30 minutes, then open the foil and cook for another 20 minutes. The meat is considered ready if there is no bleeding in the incision.
Step 5
Transfer cooked meat to a flat plate, separate into portions and serve with fresh vegetables or other side dish.
