Pumpkin bread is able to please not only with its bright appearance, but also with a new taste. The filling for such bread can be absolutely any. In this recipe, I'll show you how to make pumpkin bread stuffed with cheesecake for the whole family.
It is necessary
- Filling:
- cream cheese - 250 grams,
- granulated sugar - one third of a glass,
- sour cream - one fourth cup,
- one large egg.
- Pumpkin bread:
- flour - 1 and one third of a glass, plus a little for dusting the form,
- soda - half a teaspoon,
- salt - half a teaspoon,
- sugar - 150 grams,
- pumpkin puree - 1 glass,
- vegetable oil - one third of a glass
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- one large egg
- some sugar or icing sugar for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the wire rack on the bottom third of the oven. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
Step 2
In a volumetric cup, bowl or saucepan, beat cream cheese with a mixer with sugar (cane or regular), sour cream and egg. We should get a homogeneous mass, which we leave aside. It will be useful to us for the filling.
Step 3
Sprinkle the baking dish with vegetable and sprinkle a little with flour.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt. We leave aside. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree with sugar, stir in butter, vanilla extract and egg. Add dry flour mixture and mix until smooth.
Step 4
We leave one glass of dough aside. Distribute the rest of the dough according to the shape. Put the creamy filling on the dough, pour the remaining glass of dough on top of the filling. Gently mix the dough along the length of the mold using the tip of a fruit knife. We should have curls.
Step 5
We put the bread in the oven and bake for about 80 minutes. You can check the readiness of the bread with a toothpick, it must be dry. We take out the baked bread from the oven and leave it in the form for half an hour. Then carefully turn the bread onto a dish, turn it over and leave to cool for 90 minutes.
