It is necessary

  • - pumpkin - 1 pc. (small);
  • - mixed minced meat, meat - 200 g;
  • - onion - 1 pc.;
  • - carrots - 1 pc.;
  • - garlic - 1 slice;
  • - hard cheese - 50 g;
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • - sour cream - 1-2 tablespoons;
  • - greens and dry parsley - to taste;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - seasoning - optional.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the pumpkin. Wash it in running warm water, pat dry with a kitchen towel. Gently cut the top off the vegetable. Remove the pulp, prepare a "pot". Sprinkle the inside of the pumpkin with dry parsley and salt.

Step 2

Finely chop the pumpkin pulp. Peel the onion, chop into small cubes. Rinse carrots, peel, grate on a coarse grater. Peel the garlic, crush a wedge and finely chop.

Heat the frying pan together with vegetable oil, put the cooked vegetables on its surface, fry.

Step 4

Mix minced meat made from beef and pork with salt and pepper. Then fry in a little vegetable oil.

Combine the prepared minced meat with fried vegetables, add sour cream to the composition. Put the resulting filling in a vegetable container. Place the lid that you cut from the pumpkin over the convenience food. Place the prepared food in the roasting sleeve.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees, place the pumpkin in the sleeve on a baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

Step 7

After the indicated time, take out the baking sheet with pumpkin, remove the baking sleeve. Prepare cheese, grate it on a coarse grater. Remove the vegetable lid from the pumpkin, cover the hot minced meat with grated cheese. Place the pumpkin back in the oven.

Step 8

Bake for 5-7 minutes, until a nice cheese crust is formed. Serve a bright autumn dish on a platter.
