    • Oat:
    • oatmeal - 100g;
    • butter - 100g;

    • figs - 50g;
    • eggs - 2 pcs;
    • baking powder.
    • Potato nuggets with salmon:
    • potatoes - 500g;
    • butter - 100g;
    • milk - 50ml;
    • canned salmon - 1 can;
    • fresh herbs.

Step 1

Cheese. Whisk in butter, add grated cheese and flour. Mix thoroughly. Form into balls with a teaspoon and place on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 180C and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Chicken nuggets. Preheat a skillet with plenty of vegetable oil. Rinse the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces. Pour milk into a deep bowl. In another bowl, combine flour, grated hard cheese, red paprika and mustard. Dip each piece of chicken first in milk and then in the cheese mixture. Fry in a skillet until golden brown. Place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Oat nuggets. Boil water in a small saucepan and place the figs in it. Fry the oatmeal in a dry skillet until golden brown. In a separate container, combine the sifted flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a blender, whisk together the butter, eggs and vanilla. Combine with flour and oatmeal, knead a tough dough. Grease the muffin tins with butter and lay out the dough. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Potato nuggets with salmon. Peel the potatoes, rinse and boil in lightly salted water. Drain the water. Mash potatoes, add butter and warm milk. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Mash canned salmon with a fork and mix with mashed potatoes. Wash fresh herbs, dry and chop finely. Salt and pepper puree. Add chopped greens. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Using a spoon, shape into walnut-sized balls. Cut the cheese into small cubes and place in the middle of each nugget. Dip in breadcrumbs. Place the balls on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven until tender.
