Smoked fish pate is an original appetizer that can be served with white or black bread, as well as potato chips. The fish mass can be used to prepare other dishes and be used as a dressing.

- - several large fillets of any smoked fish
- - zest of one lemon
- - 1 head of onion
- - 100 g bread crumbs
- - parsley
- - 200 g of natural yogurt
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- - 2 eggs
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the eggs and chop them thoroughly with a fork. Cut the smoked fish fillet into small pieces. Grate the onion on a coarse grater.
Step 2
In one bowl, combine eggs, fish fillets, bread crumbs, lemon zest, onions and yogurt. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and grind with a blender into a homogeneous mass.
Step 3
Put the resulting mixture in a deep bowl or several molds. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley when serving. The pate can be offered to guests with toast or croutons.
