Potatoes with cheese cooked in a slow cooker are not only an excellent independent dish, but also an excellent side dish for various meat dishes. Such potatoes are suitable for both a festive feast and a regular dinner with the family.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of potatoes;
- - 100 g of mayonnaise (preferably homemade);
- - 100 g of any hard cheese;
- - 30 g butter;
- - black pepper, salt and seasonings to taste;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 3 sprigs of dill
Instructions
Step 1
Peel medium-sized potatoes and rinse thoroughly under running water. On each potato, make several even cuts (the distance between the cuts is about 1 cm).
Step 2
Smear the sliced potatoes on all sides with mayonnaise so that it also gets into the cuts made, then sprinkle with salt, pepper and seasonings to your liking.
Step 3
Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter and put the potatoes in it so that the cuts are at the top. Select the "Mulpovar" or "Pastry" program on the multicooker (depending on the type of multicooker) and set the timer for 40 minutes.
Step 4
While the potatoes are baking, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the multicooker 10 minutes before the end of the cooking program.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh herbs and chopped garlic, after which it can be served.
