Chicken and nuts are a classic combination. Fillet pieces are tender. juicy and aromatic, and the nut bread crunchy a little on the teeth. The dish can be served both for dinner and on a festive table.

Step 1
Wash and dry the chicken breast with a paper towel, cut it into portions about 7 cm thick. If you make smaller pieces, the chicken will not be juicy.

Peel the garlic, finely chop 3 cloves. Place the chicken on a cutting board, beat off the meat with a knife or hammer. Salt, add seasonings, rub with garlic on both sides. Leave it on for 30 minutes.

Bread. Put nuts in a blender bowl, chop them. Combine chopped walnuts with flour and paprika. Pour dry mixture into a flat plate.

Melt the butter, let it cool, then beat gently with the eggs in a large bowl. You can do this with a mixer or a regular whisk.

Take the chicken pieces, dip each one in the butter and eggs, and then roll on both sides in the walnut breadcrumbs.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the nut-breaded chicken pieces on each side until golden brown.
