It is necessary

  • - 500 g of pork tenderloin (if you don't like pork at all, you can take chicken breast);
  • - 30 g of almonds;
  • - 4 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • - 100 g of any hard cheese;
  • - salt to taste;
  • - black allspice to taste;
  • - 1 tsp mustard seeds;
  • - marjoram to taste;
  • - oregano to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine the marjoram, oregano, mustard seeds, and pepper. Grind the resulting mixture, but not very finely. Add salt to the resulting mixture. Rub the prepared pork tenderloin with the mixture.

Step 2

Drizzle over the marinated meat with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Grind the almonds, also not very finely.

Step 3

Sprinkle the pork tenderloin and tamp the nut breading with your hands. Let the meat stand at room temperature for about 3-4 hours. When it's time to marinate the meat, place it in a baking dish and top with the remaining vegetable oil.

Step 4

Bake the pork tenderloin at 180 degrees, about 40-50 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top 10 minutes before cooking. You should get a golden crust.
