Chicken in golden breading looks very appetizing. This recipe can be used to cook a whole chicken for the holiday table or cook hot breaded chicken fillets. The whole chicken can be served on a platter garnished with lettuce, while the chicken fillet is simply served with fresh herbs and baked vegetables.
It is necessary
- - 40 g of butter;
- - 1.5 kg of chicken fillet;
- - 50 g of peanuts;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - 10 g of sugar;
- - 100 g of liquid sourdough;
- - 5 g of red ground pepper;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a wide skillet with a thick bottom, heat, stirring constantly, fry the peanuts on it. Nuts must be dry before frying. Roast the peanuts until they turn slightly brownish. Remove and cool.

Take a ceramic mortar or manual coffee grinder. Grind the cooled peanuts to a coarse flour.
Step 3
Rinse the chicken fillet in cold water and dry. In a small bowl, combine the spices and rub over the chicken fillet pieces.
Step 4
Beat the egg in a blender. Dip each piece of chicken fillet in an egg and roll in nuts on all sides. Place on a sheet and place some butter on each piece. Bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes.
