A very satisfying meatloaf made from three types of meat, with aromatic herbs and a pungent spicy taste. This dish is perfect for both a regular lunch and a festive table.

It is necessary

  • - 55 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - 195 g of onions;
  • - 365 g of ground beef;
  • - 235 g of veal;
  • - 235 g minced pork;
  • - salt, paprika, pepper;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 155 g of bread crumbs;
  • - 210 g green onions;
  • - 255 ml sour cream;
  • - 185 g of parsley;
  • - 165 ml ketchup;
  • - tarragon, thyme, garlic.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onions, chop and fry in hot vegetable oil for about 6 minutes, cool.

Step 2

Mix the minced beef, pork and veal thoroughly. Then add fried onions, salt, paprika, pepper to it and mix well.

Step 3

Add chopped onions, parsley, ketchup, bread crumbs, eggs and all the seasonings to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly so that a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Step 4

In a dry frying pan, heat one teaspoon of vegetable oil and transfer one fourth of the finished minced meat to the pan. Fry the minced meat for about 2 minutes on each side, then cool.

Step 5

Check the consistency of the minced meat, it should be neither too wet nor too dry. Then fry in the same way the rest of the minced meat in turn.

Step 6

Transfer the prepared minced meat to a baking sheet covered with parchment, form a loaf of minced meat, send it to bake in a well-preheated oven for about 55 minutes.

Step 7

It is best to serve the finished roll with rice or vegetables.
