It is necessary
- You will need:
- • 2 medium sweet carrots (it is important that the carrots do not taste like grass - if the carrots are tasty, then the muffins will also be tasty),
- • 200 ml of orange, carrot or apple juice (can be packaged),
- • half a glass of sunflower oil,
- • 150 grams of sugar,
- • 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice
- • zest of half a lemon,
- • 0.5 teaspoon each of spices (ginger, cinnamon, cardamom),
- • half a glass of black raisins,
- • 100 grams of almonds,
- • 100 grams of walnuts,
- • 400 gr of 1st grade wheat flour.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash carrots, peel and grind to a state of puree in a blender along with sugar, juice, lemon zest, sunflower oil and spices. Add soda quenched with lemon juice to the resulting puree.
Step 2
Grind the nuts into fine grains and add them to the puree along with the washed and dried raisins. Stir the mixture. Add the sifted flour to the puree in portions, stirring constantly.
Step 3
We spread the resulting dough in baking tins, covered with special paper tins (if you do not have such tins, then first grease the tins with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour).
Step 4
We bake the muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
