Freshly squeezed juices contain the same amount of useful microelements as vegetables and fruits. But some types of vegetable juices should be properly prepared and drunk so that they do not turn from a healthy drink into a product that creates problems in the body.
It is necessary
Fresh beets, fresh carrots, water, still mineral water, rosehip broth, cucumber juice, juicer
Instructions
Step 1
Before juicing beets and carrots, wash the vegetables thoroughly in warm water with a brush. Peel, cut into bars and squeeze the juice out of them through a juicer.
Step 2
Let the prepared juice stand on the table or in the refrigerator for an hour or two so that harmful volatile fractions evaporate from it, which, when ingested, can cause spasm of blood vessels, headache, and nausea.
Step 3
If it is possible not to add water or other juices to the concentrated carrot juice, then pure beet juice should not be taken, especially for the first time. Start drinking beet juice with one to two tablespoons diluted with 70-100 ml of carrot juice. Every day, the amount of beet juice in the drink can be increased, gradually bringing it to a 50:50 ratio with carrot juice.
Step 4
Do not consume more than 100 ml of beet juice per day. You can dilute beet juice not only with carrot, but also with apple, pumpkin, cabbage or plain water, mineral water without gas, rosehip decoction.
Step 5
Drink 50 ml of beetroot and carrot juice 1-3 times a day, 20 minutes before eating. This juice has medicinal properties. It resists anemia, increasing hemoglobin in the blood, tuberculosis, insomnia, eczema, thyroid diseases, dissolves excess calcium in blood vessels, lowers blood pressure in hypertension, and is useful for menstruation in women.
Step 6
Carrot-beet juice is a cleanser for kidneys, liver, gallbladder, especially if fresh cucumber juice is added to it. Patients with cancer are advised by doctors and traditional healers to drink juice from carrots and beets all the time.
