Chocolate cheesecake is a classic dessert for coffee drinks. It doesn't take a lot of culinary experience to make this classic dessert.
Required products:
- chicken eggs with orange yolk (3 pcs.);
- oatmeal cookies (5 pcs.);
- fat-free cottage cheese (500 g);
- steep boiling water (4 tablespoons);
- softened butter (3 tablespoons);
- fruit yogurt (140 g);
- cocoa powder (3 tablespoons);
- granulated sugar (2 tablespoons);
- one full glass of berries for decoration, such as raspberries or strawberries.
Place the softened butter in a fireproof bowl and heat in a water bath. Remove the melted butter from the bath and add pre-chopped oatmeal cookies to it. Prepare a springform pan and line the bottom with baking paper.
Put the oatmeal mass into the mold, and then press down firmly on top with oppression and put in the refrigerator for a while. While the mixture is solidifying in the refrigerator, dissolve the cocoa powder without additives in boiling water. Mix fruit yogurt separately with fat-free cottage cheese, add granulated sugar and cocoa. Separate the whites from the yolks, then put them on ice and beat until they are firm. Add the yolks to the curd mass, carefully add the whipped whites there.
Remove the form with the contents from the refrigerator and pour the curd and egg mass on top. Place the springform pan in a 175 ° C oven and bake for about 60 minutes. Do not take out the finished dessert immediately, let it cool slightly in an open oven.
Sprinkle a little cocoa powder over the chocolate cheesecake and garnish with raspberries or small kiwi slices before serving.
