- - chocolate 200 g

Grind the cookies and 50 g of chocolate in a blender. You can also put cookies in a bag and grind them with a rolling pin, and grind the chocolate with a grater.

Melt the butter in the microwave or in a water bath. Add to cookies and stir.

Place the cookies in a split form and flatten with a spoon or hand.

Soak gelatin in cold boiled water. After it swells, heat it in a water bath until it is completely dissolved. Turn off the heat and leave the gelatin in the bath.

Mash the cottage cheese and sugar.

In a water bath, melt the chocolate in the milk. Add chocolate to curd. Stir with a blender until smooth.

Beat the curd mass with a mixer for 5 minutes. Add the gelatin and beat for another 4 minutes.

Whisk the sour cream until fluffy.
Step 9
Mix sour cream and curd mass with a spatula.
Step 10
Put a quarter of the curd mass in the cookie pan. Spread out the strawberries.
Step 11
Add the remaining curd, flatten and refrigerate for 12 hours.
Step 12
After 12 hours, the cake will solidify. Take it out of the mold.
