It is necessary

  • 500 grams of lamb (minced meat),
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot,
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tomato paste,
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of Worcester sauce,
  • 250 ml red wine
  • 400 ml chicken broth,
  • some rosemary
  • a little thyme,
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 kg of potatoes,
  • 100 grams of parmesan,
  • 2 yolks,
  • some salt
  • some black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

We clean the potatoes, wash them, fill them with water, set them to cook.

Step 2

Pour a small amount of olive oil into the pan, heat it up. Put the minced meat and fry with constant stirring until the color changes.

Step 3

Peel the onions and carrots, cut into small cubes. Carrots can be grated coarsely - if desired.

Step 4

Transfer the onion and carrot cubes to the minced meat, mix.

Step 5

Add a tablespoon of tomato paste, Wunster sauce and wine to the minced meat and vegetables. Stir, evaporate the wine.

Step 6

Crush the peeled garlic with a knife, then chop it. Finely chop the thyme and rosemary. Add garlic and herbs to the minced meat pan.

Step 7

Pour in the prepared chicken broth, mix. Salt and pepper to taste.

Boil the sauce until thick. In time it takes 20 minutes.

Step 8

Drain the water from the boiled potatoes, knead with a crush until mashed potatoes (you can turn it in a blender). Add two yolks and two tablespoons of grated cheese to the puree, mix until smooth. If the puree is dry, dilute with a little water from the broth.

Step 9

Put the meat sauce in a baking dish. Put mashed potatoes on the sauce. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on the puree.

Step 10

We bake in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.
