On the festive table on the day of the Bright Resurrection of Christ, there must certainly be Easter. The main component of this dish is cottage cheese, to which sour cream, cream, eggs, butter and sugar are added. In Easter I also add candied fruits, raisins, cinnamon and lemon zest, cinnamon. This Easter recipe will appeal to those who prefer delicious, yet uncomplicated dishes.
It is necessary
- Sour cream (20%) - 500 ml;
- Condensed milk (boiled) - 1 jar;
- Cow oil - 150 grams;
- Lemon - 1/2 part;
- Sugar - 1/3 of a glass;
- Dried fruits, candied fruits - 1 glass.
Instructions
Step 1
A couple of hours before cooking Easter, put dairy products out of the refrigerator so that they take on room temperature. Place sour cream and butter in a blender. Beat the products well. Add cottage cheese to a blender and beat thoroughly again.
Step 2
Peel the lemon. Do not throw out the zest, but finely chop it. Boiled condensed milk, zest (1 teaspoon), send to whipped products, beat until uniform color. Cut dried fruits, candied fruits into small pieces, add them to the curd mass and mix gently with a spoon.
Step 3
Line the sandbox form with a thick cloth, pour the curd mass into it. Raise the fabric edges up, cover with a saucer, and put a load on top of the saucer. Leave in the refrigerator for a day.
Step 4
Unfold the finished Easter, turn it over with a sharp movement on a flat dish and decorate as desired.
