  • - 6 canned pears;
  • - 150 gr. dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 52%;
  • - 100 gr. white chocolate;
  • - 100 gr. dark chocolate;
  • - 7 tablespoons of cream;
  • - ground almonds.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the pears into small pieces. We spread half of 4 cups on the bottom, in which the dessert will be served. We temporarily remove the other half to the side.

Step 2

In a microwave oven (power 400 W) melt dark chocolate with three tablespoons of cream. We mix. Distribute the chocolate in cups on top of the pears.

Step 3

We put the cups in the freezer and melt the white chocolate, but only with two tablespoons of cream. We take the cups out of the freezer, carefully lay out the remaining pears in a second layer and cover them with white chocolate. We send it to the freezer again.

Step 4

Prepare the final layer of milk chocolate melted with two tablespoons of cream. We cover white chocolate with it only when it hardens, so that we get two neat and beautiful layers. Sprinkle with almonds on top. Serve the dessert slightly chilled or at room temperature.
