The dessert is simple, but even very fastidious eaters will like it! The main thing is to choose the largest and ripe pear you can find - and success is guaranteed!
It is necessary
- - 2 pears;
- - 4 tablespoons rice "Arborio";
- - 4 tablespoons coconut milk;
- - 1 tsp vanilla sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 4 tsp coconut flakes;
- - 50 g of chocolate 72% cocoa.
Instructions
Step 1
Let's start by making the rice filling. Pour the cereal with water in a ratio of 1 to 2, 5 and cook in accordance with the instructions on the package until cooked. If the water evaporates before the porridge is ready, just add a little more, but remember that there should be no water in the finished rice.
Step 2
We add vanilla and regular sugar and coconut milk to the rice, mix and set aside while we deal with the pear.
Step 3
Meanwhile, set the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Cut the pears in half, remove the cores from them with a spoon and make recesses for the rice filling. We fill them with porridge, sprinkle with coconut shavings on top, put them in a mold lined with baking paper, and send them to the oven for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
While the pears are cooking, melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave and pour over the finished dessert. Great to serve both warm and chilled, especially with a scoop of ice cream!
