- Low fat milk - 1 liter;
- Long grain rice - 50 grams;
- Chicken egg - 1 piece;
- Butter - 20 grams;
- Hard cheese that melts well - 20 grams;
- Ground bread crumbs - 2 teaspoons;
- Salt, based on your preference.

Step 1
If necessary, sort the rice and rinse. Boil it in slowly boiling salted water. Throw in a colander, drain excess liquid and cool slightly.

Stir in the raw chicken egg, half of the grated cheese and half of the butter into the still warm rice, add salt and stir again.

Choose a thick-walled skillet. Lubricate it with the rest of the oil and sprinkle evenly with ground breadcrumbs. Transfer to it a mixture of rice, cheese, egg and butter. Smooth out and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.

Preheat the oven to 100-120 degrees on a thermometer and put a frying pan there for 15-20 minutes to bake.

Put the resulting casserole on the table and cool slightly. Then cover the pan with a cutting board and turn it over. Cut the casserole into small slices and arrange on bowls. Pour boiling milk before serving.
