This dish is prepared in a multicooker. It is very healthy, amazingly tasty and easy to prepare.
It is necessary
- - 700 ml of baked milk;
- - 80 g of rice for risotto;
- - 1-2 tangerines;
- - 1 PC. vanilla;
- - 1 sprig of mint;
- - 1 tbsp. l. chocolate or chocolate butter;
- - salt;
- - sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour milk into a multicooker bowl. To prevent the milk from escaping in the future, coat the top of the bowl with oil. Set the "Cooking" mode, bring to a boil.
Step 2
Cut the vanilla pod in half, scrape out the core with a knife. Add everything directly to the milk, and the pod and entrails. Infuse milk for about 20 minutes so that it is saturated with vanilla smell.
Step 3
Gradually add rice to milk, salt to taste and add a little sugar. Set the "Groats" mode, set the timer for 35 minutes.
Step 4
When the cycle is over, open the lid of the multicooker, check the amount of milk (add if necessary), and check the readiness of the rice. Pour in the shabby tangerine zest.
Step 5
Set the "Heating" mode for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Divide the tangerines into slices, peel them from the white film, cut into small slices.
Step 7
Serve ready-made porridge with tangerines, grated chocolate or adding chocolate butter, garnish with a sprig of mint.
