Pistachios, like any other nuts, are nutritious and beneficial for the body. Pistachios contain many vitamins and proteins that contribute to proper digestion of the body. You can buy ready-made pistachios, but very often you can see raw pistachios on sale, which you need to fry yourself. Not everyone knows how to properly fry pistachios.

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the pistachios in advance: to do this, peel them of shells and other husks. The kernels of the nuts must be completely clean. After that, put them in boiling water and let them boil for about five minutes. Then, remove them with a colander and dry thoroughly.
Step 2
Now spread the prepared and dried pistachios on a baking sheet so that they lie in an even layer and are not on top of each other. Place a baking sheet with pistachios in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Step 3
Let them brown a little, about five minutes, then stir, sprinkle with salt and seasoning to taste. If you like heavily salted pistachios, add more salt and less seasoning. If desired, seasoning can be eliminated altogether. With the addition of seasoning, finished pistachios acquire a slightly unusual taste.
Step 4
Put the mixed pistachios back in the oven and fry them for about 10 minutes, until they begin to crackle.
Step 5
Gently put the finished pistachios in a plate or cup and leave them to stand for a while, previously covered with a napkin or waffle towel. This is necessary so that they are sufficiently saturated and have time to cool.
