For the preparation of pickles, any meat is usually used as the main ingredient. But no less delicious, especially for those who are fasting, this soup can be made with fish.
It is necessary
- For 2 liters of broth:
- - 500 g of fresh fish;
- - 2 pickles;
- - 200 g of rice;
- - 4 potatoes;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 sprig of parsley;
- - 1 bunch of dill;
- - sour cream, salt to taste.

Step 1
Pickle can be made from any fresh fish. It is better to use a whole gutted carcass for this. Various types of white fish are ideal for pickle. Why is it undesirable to use red fish? When boiled in soup, it gives a slightly bitter taste. Therefore, it can ruin all the pleasant sensations from cooking pickle with fish.
Step 2
At the initial stage, fish broth is boiled. To do this, the whole fish is placed in a saucepan with added salt. After preparing the broth, the fish is taken out, all bones removed from it and cut into pieces.
Step 3
Rice is added to the remaining fish broth, which is boiled until almost cooked. Then finely chopped vegetables are added to it: potatoes, carrots, parsley. Last but not least, add pickles and fresh dill. The pickle is brought to full readiness and the prepared fish is laid in the last stage. Before serving, the dish is seasoned with sour cream.
